Job summary

Louisiana Bridge Builders seeks a MOT Foreman to manage on-site Maintenance of Traffic activities for a major bridge project in Lake Charles, LA. You will coordinate MOT operations, supervise subcontractors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on a daily basis.

The role requires extensive civil-field leadership, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Join a team focused on safety, efficiency, and project success on a landmark infrastructure program.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma with 10+ years civil experience on large-scale projects.
• 3+ years leading field operations as a Foreman or in a leadership role.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute day-to-day MOT activities onsite.
• Oversee MOT subcontractors and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain daily logs and assist in MOT reports for LADOTD.
• Monitor equipment performance and drive reliability improvements.
• Lead, coach, and retain a high-performing onsite team.
