Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Bank Operations Move Money Solutions Hotline Specialist in El Paso, TX. You will support clients and branch partners via inbound and outbound calls, handling money movement requests with attention to risk, compliance, and accuracy.

You will educate clients on products and services, collaborate with internal teams, and act as a reliable resource in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client service or operations within the brokerage or financial industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent operational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage complex work.
• Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and quickly develop a full understanding of our business.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of regulatory, audit, and compliance policies related to the securities industry.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, enthusiasm, professionalism, forward-thinking approach, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate risk when reviewing client money movement requests (checks, deposits, and wires).
• Respond to questions on a wide array of technical and operational subjects.
• Actively listen, assess client needs, research information, and provide innovative solutions.
• Solve problems and conduct research and special requests via email, phone, and our internal inquiry system.
• Identify situations where escalation is warranted and act quickly in a high-risk environment.
• Communicate effectively and deliver work that is detailed and clear.
• Work collaboratively and efficiently with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactively educate clients and internal partners on our products and services.
• Support business initiatives by developing strong partnerships.
• Handle escalated calls when warranted and resolve client issues by taking appropriate action quickly.
• Demonstrate leadership and the ability to be a role model and mentor your peers.
