Job summary

Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multi-family modular projects from fabrication through erection and turnover. You will lead cross-functional teams at the Laveen, AZ site, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality, with significant travel nationwide.

Requirements include 5-8 years PM experience in modular/multi-family construction, a Bachelor's degree, Procore/Bluebeam and MS Office proficiency, PMP/OSHA

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on construction project management experience, preferably in modular/multi-family environments.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change orders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large modular construction projects from planning to turnover within scope and budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules to hit key milestones and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams including construction, logistics, design/engineering, and manufacturing.
• Manage change orders, budgets, and subcontractor coordination to maximize profitability.
• Ensure OSHA compliance, safety practices, and quality standards across sites.
• Report project status to senior leadership and stakeholders weekly.
