Job summary

Zekelman Industries, operating through its Z Modular division, seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee multi-family modular projects from fabrication through turnover. You will manage schedules, budgets, changes, and safety while coordinating with construction, logistics, design/engineering, and manufacturing teams.

The role requires 5–8 years of PM experience in modular or multi-family construction, a relevant bachelor’s degree, Procore proficiency, and willingness to travel 70–80%.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office proficiency expected.
• Ability to lead teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of modular construction processes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large modular construction projects from fabrication to turnover.
• Develop detailed schedules, budgets, and change-management processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams across construction, logistics, design/engineering, and manufacturing.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide project updates to leadership and manage client/vendor communications.
