Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Experience: 5+ years of related experience.
• Security clearance: Secret.
• US citizenship: Required.
• Role: Must be able to work onsite to support vehicle projects and mission-systems operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead/Manage/Support Lead and supervise mission systems personnel; oversee work orders, creation, assignment, tracking and closure.
• Collaborate with personnel for movements and assignments to ensure coverage and workload balance.
• Drive the team to deliver high-quality results by meeting milestones and resolving issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, status updates, and reports for leadership.
