Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology in Bethesda, MD seeks a Program Senior Manager to lead a diverse IT support team onsite with a potential hybrid schedule. The role reports to the program executive and interacts with federal leadership, customers, and peers to drive performance and governance.

The successful candidate will manage multi-disciplinary teams, oversee IT centralization and modernization efforts, and provide executive-level reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related field.
• Five consecutive years of successful management of multifaceted technical programs.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience managing programs similar in size and scope to CIT for ICOs and MOU customers.
• Experience developing and implementing complex contract program initiatives and change control processes.
• Experience writing reports for executive leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to review SLAs and requirements documents.
• Ability to analyze IT service performance using metric analysis tools.
• Experience interfacing with customers to interpret IT requirements.
• PMP certified or equivalent staff management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service Desk, Deskside, and Backend Support teams to meet SLAs.
• Assist the federal customer with IT centralization and modernization.
