Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking Project Managers to lead execution on mission-critical data center, high-tech, and industrial construction projects. The role focuses on planning, cost control, forecasting, and change management, with close collaboration with field leadership and design teams.

Qualified candidates bring ground-up or complex construction experience and strong financial and scheduling skills; travel to project sites is expected, with opportunities across a substantial

Qualifications

Ground-up and/or complex construction experience.
Strong financial, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor-management skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Open to project-related travel.
Backgrounds in data centers, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, aviation, healthcare, distribution or other complex sectors encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Manage project execution from planning through turnover.
Own project cost control, forecasting, procurement, contracts, and change management.
Coordinate closely with field leadership.
Manage subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
Maintain strong owner and design-team communication.
Develop APMs and Project Engineers.
