Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of construction PM experience with a general contractor.
• Experience leading large or technically complex construction projects.
• Strong onsite leadership with field teams and trade partners.
• Experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, or similarly complex projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission-critical construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Maintain a consistent onsite presence and provide leadership across all project activities.
• Partner with Superintendents to manage safety, quality, sequencing, and schedule.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers.
• Manage client relationships and serve as primary contact throughout the project.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, contracts, procurement, and change management.
• Lead onsite meetings with OAC, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, design teams, and stakeholders.
