Job summary

Equinox Gold is seeking a Supply Chain Superintendent to oversee day-to-day site supply chain at an active mine in California. You will lead procurement, logistics, inventory, and warehouse activities, supporting safe, reliable, cost-effective operations.

You will coordinate with operations, maintenance, and finance to meet production needs and budgets. The role requires a minimum of 7 years in supply chain areas, supervisory experience, and strong ERP/SAP skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain, procurement, logistics, warehousing, or inventory control.
• Supervisory or lead experience managing procurement/warehouse personnel.
• Knowledge of purchasing, supplier management, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory, and warehouse activities to support safe, reliable operations.
• Coach and schedule procurement and warehouse personnel; set priorities and ensure timely work.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, processing, projects, and admin teams to forecast demand and ensure material availability.
• Manage requisitions, POs, expediting, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse housekeeping.
