You will develop maintenance strategies, plan schedules, manage budgets, and collaborate with Operations, Safety, Environment, and Contractors to ensure compliance with permits and company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of mining industry experience.
• Minimum of 10 years maintenance leadership in open-pit mining.
• Knowledge of mobile and fixed equipment, HVAC, electrical systems.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and capital projects.
• Strong leadership and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead site maintenance strategies and annual plans.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and work orders.
• Manage maintenance budgets and cost control.
• Coordinate with Operations, Safety, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure compliance with permits and regulations.
