Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a senior supply chain leader to oversee procurement, contracts, inventory, and supplier relationships at our Nevada sites. You will manage a team to ensure compliant, efficient operations and drive continuous improvement with Lean principles and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 8+ years in procurement, 5+ years in management, and a Bachelor’s degree. The package includes competitive benefits and opportunities within a leading mining joint venture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of directly related procurement experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Five (5) years of management experience - leading teams and having direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site supply chain sourcing and procurement activities are cost-effective, timely, and compliant with legislation, regulations, and policies.
• Ensure integrated management of contracts across the company.
• Drive tendering and commercial aspects with the supply chain team at the mine site.
• Collaborate on demand planning with operations management at the mine site.
• Lead and monitor performance against HS&E KPIs and sustainability targets.
