Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant safety, health and environmental experience.
• Familiarity with OSHA and EPA recordkeeping and reporting requirements.
• Ability to develop people and support plant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical Safety, Health and Environmental compliance support to mill personnel.
• Prepare written safety and health programs and policies.
• Identify safety training needs and develop and coordinate safety training programs.
• Lead safety audits, observations and continuous improvement activities.
• Manage recordkeeping and reporting for state, federal and internal requirements.
