Job summary

Responsibilities

• Train employees on safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Investigate accidents and incidents with detailed corrective recommendations.
• Ensure safety equipment and machinery are properly maintained and inspected.
• Monitor safety performance and maintain training records and inspections.
• Lead safety meetings and promote open communication on safety concerns.
• Stay updated on safety laws and best practices for compliance.
• Foster a safety-focused culture across departments and production.
• Collaborate with managers to align safety goals with production.
• Conduct emergency drills and coordinate with regulatory agencies.
• Oversee incident reporting systems and workers’ compensation coordination.
• Lead safety initiatives and coordination with HR on claims processes.
