Job summary

RTX, in collaboration with Pratt & Whitney, seeks a Scrum Master to lead an Agile team onsite at West Palm Beach. You will coordinate with CIPT and authorities on part development, manage budgets, and drive risk assessment and continuous improvement.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD security clearance. Onsite work with up to 10% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Experience leading Agile projects and Scrum teams is essential.
• Strong communication and leadership skills across levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Lead an Agile Scrum team as Scrum Master and coordinate with authorities on part development.
• Communicate status and technical content to CIPT and stakeholders.
• Perform Control Account Manager duties to track progress and manage budgets.
• Coordinate part-level sourcing with procurement and manufacturing teams.
• Lead risk assessments and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
