Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, is seeking a Scrum Master to lead an Agile team focused on part development within the Compression Systems Engineering group. You will coordinate with CIPT and procurement to ensure milestones, budgets, and schedules are met.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 3+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage an Agile Scrum team as Scrum Master to meet task and technical requirements; mentor team and address project problems.
• Communicate status and technical content to CIPT.
• Perform Control Account Manager duties to track progress and minimize budget/schedule disruptions.
• Coordinate part-level sourcing with procurement, manufacturing and supply chain teams; support model-based product definition release.
• Lead risk assessments and mitigation planning; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel up to 10%.
