Job summary

GM Performance Power Units is seeking a Microsoft 365 SharePoint Intern to join our IT team in Concord, NC. This hands-on role focuses on supporting our Microsoft 365 environment, with emphasis on SharePoint Online, collaboration tools, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant degree with interest in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
• Willing to learn Power Platform and IT administration basics.
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
• Fundamental understanding of cloud technologies or collaboration tools.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration and support of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
• Support creation and maintenance of SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and content.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to organize and maintain SharePoint content.
• Assist with user access, roles, permissions, and Microsoft 365 license management.
• Help monitor system performance, conduct routine audits, and document findings.
• Assist with developing and improving automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Help troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and SharePoint issues while learning IT support best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, diagrams, and user training materials.
• Additional tasks as needed
