Job summary

Revlon Corporate is seeking a Quality Control Technician for our Oxford, NC facility. The role focuses on sampling, testing, and final disposition of components and finished goods per Revlon specifications.

You will perform microbiological tests, prepare media, operate pH meters, incubators, and other lab equipment, and document results in SAP. Training of new staff and shift flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Must have good math and organization skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Aptitude for color and organoleptic evaluation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Microbiological testing of raw materials, bulk product, finished product and purchased products.
• Sample materials and record results per procedures.
• Prepare media and test methods.
• Operate instruments such as pH meters, balances, incubators, flow hoods and autoclave.
• Enter test results and disposition in SAP.
• Provide training support to new employees.
• Backup microbiologist for environmental testing.
• Collaborate in accordance with GMP and safety requirements.
