Responsibilities include organizing media in MAM/AVID systems, validating metadata and delivery specs, and providing clear status updates. The role requires 5+ years in media operations and comfort with live-event support.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in production/postproduction/broadcast or communications.
• Fluency in English & Spanish is required.
• Proficiency with MAM and AVID environments and media workflows.
• Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and media specs (HD/4K, MXF, MOV, MP4).
• Ability to troubleshoot media workflow failures and escalate when needed.

Aufgaben

• Execute ingest, transcoding, transfer, QC, archive, and distribution workflows.
• Manage media within MAM, AVID, cloud and shared-storage systems.
• Perform technical and visual QC of media including metadata and timecode.
• Validate naming, folders, delivery specs, and asset placement.
• Monitor storage, retention, archive, and restoration activities.
• Troubleshoot failed ingest/transcode/transfer workflows and take corrective actions.
• Analyze failures and escalate to Engineering and Media Systems as needed.
• Support time-sensitive media needs for live events and broadcasts.
• Maintain operational docs and communicate status, risks, and escalations.
• Identify improvements to media-management processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
• Adapt to fluctuating schedules including nights/weekends.
