Job summary

Fulcrum Digital Inc in Downtown Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital application products. This is a Contract-to-Perm opportunity, with full-time consideration for suitable candidates and onsite work three days per week.

You will coordinate multiple Agile teams, drive roadmaps and releases, and partner with Product and Engineering leaders to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Agile delivery or program management.
≥4 years leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
Experience delivering consumer mobile apps on iOS and/or Android.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, release planning, backlog management, and delivery governance.
Experience managing RAID items, risks, dependencies, and executive escalations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end digital product delivery from discovery and planning through development, testing, release, and post-launch stabilization.
Coordinate multiple Agile teams and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, blockers, and escalations.
Partner with Product and Engineering leaders on roadmaps, backlogs, milestones, and release commitments.
Drive release readiness, delivery reporting, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.
Maintain delivery workflows, dashboards, and tracking using Jira and Confluence.
Leverage AI assistants, Copilots, and AI-enabled tools to improve planning, reporting, backlog quality, and delivery efficiency.
