Job summary

Accenture is seeking a MES specialist for on-site work in Raleigh to act as the primary interface between the client and PAS-X systems. You will ensure system quality, design resolutions, and collaborate across teams to optimize performance.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, 1+ year with PAS-X or similar MES, and willingness to work night and weekend shifts. A High School Diploma or GED is required; further education is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of work experience.
• At least 1 year with Werum PAS-X or another MES.
• Willingness to work night and weekend shifts.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Act as ongoing interface between the client and the system.
• Define client issues and design resolutions using product knowledge.
• Collaborate with and lead teams to ensure effective performance.
• Provide MES support for PAS-X; assist with configuration and maintenance.
• Coordinate deployment and training to ensure smooth operations.
