Job summary

Accenture is seeking an ambitious Manufacturing Systems (MES) Specialist to lead Körber PAS-X MES design, development, and validation within a highly automated Life Sciences environment. You will implement MES solutions, integrate with ERP and equipment, and document configurations to ensure compliant EBRs.

Travel may be required (0–100%). Strong communication and teamwork are essential to define business needs, deliver value, and uphold GMP/FDA guidelines in a global client setting.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Körber PAS-X MES solutions in a highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 3 years work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead in the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Körber PAS-X MES.
• Design/Author/Develop/Configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR).
• Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment.
• Documentation of MES configuration and validation of EBRs.
• Work closely with management and users to define needs and design value-adding solutions.
• Document and analyze information needs of the business and ensure compliant delivery per GxP.
• Respond to requests for client proposals.
• Manage and develop client relationships.
