Job summary

Hw3 Llc in Boston is seeking an experienced MES Project Manager to support a major pharmaceutical manufacturing programme. This on-site role requires 3 days per week in Boston with an initial 6-month contract starting mid-November 2026.

You will coordinate dependencies across ~25 interrelated projects, track GMP change controls, equipment commissioning and qualification, SOP approvals and training, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and IT to identify risks and keep

Qualifications

Pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing project experience.
Experience with MES platforms in GMP environments.
Strong stakeholder management and on-site delivery.

Responsibilities

Coordinate dependencies across ~25 interrelated projects with defined milestones.
Track GMP change controls, equipment commissioning/qualification, SOP approvals, and training.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and IT to manage risks and blockers.
Monitor change controls and governance to secure approvals before implementation.
Manage dependencies across manufacturing initiatives including technology transfer.
Maintain plans, status reports, dashboards, and provide visibility of progress and risks.
Engage stakeholders site-wide to keep projects moving forward.
