Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in MES implementation projects.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/medical device preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MES implementation and program governance for manufacturing operations.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and compliance across all project phases.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, manufacturing, QA, vendors, and site leadership.
