Job summary

Conch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager (Manufacturing) for full remote work. The role focuses on MES project management in pharma, biotech, medical device, or life sciences environments.

Duration is 12+ months, with strong emphasis on planning, go-live, and supporting hypercare. Qualified candidates will have proven MES implementation experience, knowledge of GMP regulations (GAMP 5, CSV, 21 CFR Part 11), and familiarity with EBR/MES-driven manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading MES implementations from planning through go-live and hypercare.
• Experience delivering projects in regulated pharma, biotech, medical device, or life sciences environments.
• Knowledge of GAMP 5, CSV (Computer System Validation), and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
• Understanding of electronic batch records and MES-driven manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES implementations from planning through go-live and hypercare.
• Coordinate validation and compliance activities to ensure GMP alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-site teams and SAP/ERP integration efforts to enable MES driving manufacturing processes.
