The ideal candidate has significant MEP experience, strong judgment, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. This position offers a base salary of $115,000 to $130,000 and full benefits, with a Monday-Friday work schedule.
Qualifications
10+ years of construction management or trade foreman experience OR 15+ years of hands-on MEP experience.
Ability to coordinate with contractor field teams and government stakeholders.
Experience supporting USACE, NAVFAC, WHS, or other federal programs is a plus.
Responsibilities
Lead MEP quality assurance inspections using the USACE Three-Phase Inspection Protocol.
Validate contractor compliance with drawings, specs, codes, and approved QC plans.
Identify issues early, document findings, and drive corrective actions.
