Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking an MEP Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control for data center projects. This role involves ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of experience in Construction/MEP Coordination and a preferred degree in Construction Management or Engineering. Strong communication skills and experience with large-scale projects are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Construction/MEP Coordination/QA-QC.
• Thorough knowledge of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and low-voltage systems.
• Experience with large-scale Mission Critical jobs is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality assurance and control processes for data center projects.
• Review MEP and OFCI submittals and shop drawings.
• Coordinate and lead equipment walk-downs and inspections.
