Job summary
ICL is seeking a Registered Nurse for Project HIP in New York, NY. The role provides psychiatric and medical nursing services as part of a multidisciplinary team onsite and requires NYS RN license and active registration, plus at least one year of post-licensure experience with mental health or developmental disabilities.

Qualifications
- New York State RN license and current registration required.
- At least one year of post-licensure clinical nursing experience in mental health or developmental disabilities.
- Work eligibility to operate in the United States; onsite clinical duties.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments addressing psychological, physical, social, and cultural needs.
- Develop and evaluate nursing intervention plans aligned with the client’s treatment plan.
- Oversee nursing care implementation and adjust plans as needed.
- Coordinate care with physicians and other providers within a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide health education, counseling, and crisis intervention as directed.
