Job summary

ICL is seeking an IDD Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing services in an onsite residential setting in New York. The RN will engage in assessment, treatment planning, medication management, and health education while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include NYS RN licensure and an active registration, with at least 1 year of post-licensure experience with IDD preferred. Comfortable with on-call rotations and full onsite work schedule.

Qualifications

• Current NYS RN license and active registration.
• Minimum 1 year post-licensure nursing experience with IDD preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and onsite with on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing services and clinical oversight for individuals with IDD.
• Participate in assessment, treatment planning, medication management, and health education.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and ensure safe infection control practices.
• Maintain detailed medical records including treatments, medications, vitals and observations.
• Provide on-call support and flexible shift coverage.
• Perform duties specific to Residential Nursing in IDD, including coordination and staff training.
