Job summary

Altruix is seeking a Medication Coordinator for an onsite, part-time role at Crossroads Treatment Center of Carrick, PA. You will build relationships with clinic staff, assist patients with medications and insurance, and promote Altruix pharmacy services.

Responsibilities include coordinating enrollment, collecting forms, and ensuring timely prescription transmission. Training and registration support will be provided, with potential for growth into a Pharmacy Technician role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of healthcare or related experience.
• Experience in behavioral health settings preferred.
• Sales, outreach, or marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to obtain Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician Registration through Altruix's training program.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to Crossroads Treatment Center of Carrick, PA daily.
• Ability to work independently while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite liaison between Crossroads Treatment Center and Altruix Pharmacy.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinic staff and patients.
• Educate staff and patients on Altruix pharmacy services and support offerings.
• Recruit and enroll patients into Altruix Pharmacy by collecting enrollment forms and insurance information.
• Collect prescriptions and facilitate timely transmission to the pharmacy.
