Job summary

Amazon’s Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team seeks an Onsite Medical Representative at our Carlisle site to deliver on-site medical support and guidance. You will greet new hires, provide first aid, and refer care to external providers as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining care records, coordinating workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs, and coaching associates on safe practices. Flexible shifts and CPR/AED training participation are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification and EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer certification preferred.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid support and referrals to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain records of care provided to Associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and shift-end reports.
• Engage with associates and leadership to coach on at-risk work habits.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and a clean work environment.
• Facilitate first aid, CPR and AED trainings; maintain credentials.
• Support flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, or weekends.
• Assist with saliva drug testing protocols; respond in emergencies.
