Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to support the Workplace Health & Safety team at our Markham, IL site. You will provide first aid, coordinate workers’ compensation, maintain records, and engage with associates and leadership to promote safe work practices.

Responsibilities include on-site first aid, CPR/AED certification maintenance, incident documentation, and collaboration with WHS staff to manage health programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification or Athletic Trainer Certification.
• First aid, CPR, and AED credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid support and referrals to medical providers.
• Minimize injury risk through awareness and engagement.
• Maintain care records for associates (AAs).
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and shift reports.
• Coach on safe work practices with leadership.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and a clean environment.
• Assist with first aid/CPR/AED training certifications.
• Maintain required credentials.
• Work flexible shifts including days/nights/holidays/weekends.
• Support saliva drug testing protocols when needed.
• Respond to emergencies and assist on-site.
