Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative in Jacksonville, FL to provide first aid, guide care for injuries, and support safety operations on site. You will coordinate care, maintain records, and participate in safety meetings with the WHS team.

You must hold current BLS, EMT or Paramedic certification and have experience with OSHA regulations, with ability to lift up to 49 pounds and work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must hold BLS, EMT or Paramedic certification and be able to obtain within 3 weeks of start date.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and Workers’ Compensation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers when needed.
• Maintain records of care and manage workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Engage with associates and leadership to coach on at‑risk work habits.
• Support safety operations and participate in training and certification courses.
