Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to join the Workplace Health & Safety team at a Georgia site. You will assess and administer first aid, guide associates on injuries, refer to external providers, and learn OSHA risk analysis.

You will collaborate with the WHS team and participate in safety meetings and case reviews. You will maintain records, coordinate workers' comp and return-to-work programs, and support first aid, CPR, AED training, and certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• EMT or Paramedic certification required.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and referrals to outside providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and engagement.
• Maintain all care records for associates.
• Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Maintain daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Coach attitude and safe work practices with leadership on the floor.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and clean environment.
• Facilitate first aid, CPR, and AED training sessions.
• Work flexible shifts including days/nights/holidays/weekends.
• Assist with saliva drug testing protocols.
• Support on-site emergency response and care delivery.
