Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring an Onsite Medical Representative in Pontiac, MI. You will administer first aid, guide associates on injuries, and coordinate care with outside providers while learning OSHA regulations and workers’ compensation processes.

You will join a team supporting safety operations on site, maintain records, and participate in training to certify in first aid, CPR, and AED, with flexible shifts and potential for RSUs as part of the package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current valid BLS certification from ECC provider required; EMT or Paramedic Certification or Athletic Trainer Certification also required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain records of care provided to associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with associates and leadership to coach on safe work habits.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and a clean environment.
• Assist with first aid, CPR and AED training certifications.
• Support flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Assist with random saliva drug testing protocols.
• Support emergency response on site.
