Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to join the Workplace Health & Safety team. The role includes providing first aid, guiding associates on occupational injuries, and coordinating care with external providers while supporting safety operations on site.

You will work with the WHS team, attend meetings, and participate in ongoing training to maintain credentials and support a safe, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved ECC provider.
• EMT or Paramedic certification OR Athletic Trainer certification required.
• If you do not already hold adult First Aid/CPR/AED certification, you must obtain within 3 weeks of start date.
• Preferred: ability to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid support and refer to outside medical providers when needed.
• Minimize risk of injury through awareness, education, and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all care records for Amazon Associates (AAs).
• Coordinate and maintain workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs for job-related injuries.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
