Responsibilities

• Complete all incoming ROI requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain 100% ROI Accuracy and a 24-hour turnaround for non-STAT ROI requests.
• Validate requests and authorize release of PHI per procedures.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and invoicing.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of PHI during transport and storage.
• Adhere to ROI policies for HealthMark and clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and de-escalate issues as needed.
