Responsabilidades

• Complete all incoming ROI requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain 100% ROI accuracy.
• Meet 24-hour turnaround for non-STAT ROI requests.
• Keep all queues current and updated.
• Validate requests and authorize release of PHI per procedures.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and proper invoicing.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of PHI during transport and storage.
• Complete legal affidavits and related questions as needed.
• Regularly scan ROI requests into the chart.
• Abide by ROI policies for HealthMark and clients.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and dress code.
• Keep work area clean and records properly stored.
• Update facility guides as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and de-escalate PT complaints.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
