HealthMark Group is seeking an entry-level Onsite Medical Records Processing Specialist to join our growing team in Muscle Shoals, AL. You will process ROI requests, ensure accuracy, maintain confidentiality, and deliver timely results in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are fast learners, dependable, team players with a positive attitude, and a commitment to HIPAA compliance. Training will be provided, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered after enrollment and eligibility.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role requiring strong accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to process ROI requests with speed and attention to detail.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and privacy policies.

Responsibilities

• Complete all incoming ROI requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain 100% ROI accuracy.
• Ensure STATs are completed within an hour and maintain 24-hour turnaround for other ROI requests.
