HealthMark Group is seeking an entry-level Onsite Medical Records Processing Specialist to join our team in Danville, AL. You will handle ROI requests, ensure accuracy, and maintain confidentiality of PHI while working onsite.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with potential for growth.
• Requires strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling PHI.
• Must adhere to HIPAA and security/privacy policies.

Responsibilities

• Complete all incoming ROI requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain 100% ROI accuracy.
• Complete STATs within an hour and a 24-hour turnaround for other ROI requests.
• Keep all queues current.
• Validate requests and authorize releases of PHI per procedures.
• Perform quality checks on all work for accuracy and confidentiality.
