Primary Care Solutions is hiring a Medical Receptionist to create a welcoming, confidential environment for Veterans in our Community-Based Outpatient Clinics. The role is full-time and onsite, with responsibilities that include greeting patients, verifying reminders, and maintaining records.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, basic computer skills (MS Office), strong customer service, and the ability to handle administrative tasks.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and basic computer systems.
• Demonstrated high-quality customer service and organizational skills.
• Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association) renewed annually.

Aufgaben

• Greet patients for check-in or check-out.
• Verify all clinical reminders are completed before discharge.
• Maintain patient records and enrollment tasks.
• Assist Nurse Manager/Clinic Administrator with inventory and supplies.
• Perform additional administrative duties such as phones, filing, and office maintenance.
