Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative in Stockton, CA to provide first aid, guidance on injuries, and on-site health support for associates. You will coordinate care, maintain records, and support safety operations with regular communications to site leadership.

The role requires BLS and EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer credentials, with experience across OSHA regulations, workers’ comp, and on-site wellness programs.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; and must have EMT or Paramedic Certification or Athletic Trainer Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid support and make referrals to outside medical providers as necessary.
• Minimize AA risk of injury through awareness, education, and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all records of care provided to AAs.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return to work programs for AAs with work-related injuries.
• Provide daily activity logs and end of shift reports.
• Engage with AAs and leadership on operations floor to provide coaching on at-risk work habits.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and a clean work environment.
• Participate in training and certification for first aid, CPR and AED.
• Maintain all first aid, CPR, AED credentials.
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, and/or weekends.
• Assist with random saliva drug testing protocols.
• Assist emergency response on site as needed.
