Qualifications

• EMT/Paramedic certification required.
• BLs for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a pre-hospital or clinical environment preferred.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical care on construction sites.
• Assess and stabilize injured or ill workers; coordinate transport as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of medical assessments and treatments.
• Conduct regular safety walks and collaborate on preventive measures.
• Provide ongoing education and training on first aid, CPR, and workplace safety.
• Oversee workplace wellness programs and monitor employee health concerns.
• Manage client onsite drugs of abuse program and medical equipment/supplies.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and accurate incident reporting.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners and integrate with client teams.
