Healthcare Realty Trust Inc. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of medical office buildings in the Dallas market. The role focuses on tenant relations, operations, and financial oversight, with an emphasis on accuracy and timely service.

You will lead inspections, coordinate with staff and vendors, and participate in leasing discussions while managing accounting tasks and annual forecasts. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years+ experience as an onsite property manager, preferably medical office buildings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Four-year college degree.
• CPM or RPA designation a plus.
• Experience managing a staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary contact with tenants; involved in all aspects of property operations and daily admin tasks.
• Perform periodic property inspections and recommend alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning as needed.
• Contract for vendor selection and oversight.
• Handle property accounting functions such as AP processing and AR reporting.
• Develop bi-annual forecasts for operating and capital expenses; review operating expense recoveries and reconciliations.
• Support new tenant orientation programs and coordinate tenant-related activities.
• Work with tenants, building maintenance staff, and vendors to ensure work orders are completed.
• Provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service; work independently.
• Participate in leasing discussions and offer recommendations where applicable.
• Solicit bids for tenant and capital improvement projects; ensure projects are completed on time.
• Monitor construction progress and attend construction meetings as necessary.
