Job summary

Lead functional activities, organize daily tasks, coordinate with contractors, and ensure inspections and billing are accurate. A Real Estate license is expected after starting, with minimal travel and a fully onsite schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1–2 years of related experience or training.
• Real Estate license should be obtained upon starting in the role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs and ensure prompt resolution of problems, with policy adherence.
• Prepare and deliver reports; review vendor invoices for payment accuracy.
• Assist with budget data entry and accounts receivable data, and conduct property inspections.
