Responsibilities

• Review documentation for accurate charging and clean claim generation with providers and coding staff.
• Generate and submit insurance claims daily; monitor aging reports for timely payments.
• Maintain productive levels per industry standards and policies.
• Complete follow-ups with insurance payers and third-party payers to minimize delays.
• Address information requests to assist claim adjudication.
• Adhere to hospital compliance policies and participate in trainings as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
