Job summary

Upgrade Resources is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for Fort Worth, TX, on-site. You will support planning, execution, and oversight of commercial mechanical construction projects, coordinating with general contractors, owners, and vendors while monitoring budgets and schedules.

The role blends office project administration with regular jobsite visits, helping with pre-job planning, progress tracking, and project closeouts across Fort Worth projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years on commercial mechanical (HVAC) or plumbing projects.
• Experience with project reviews, cost-to-complete meetings, financials, and close-outs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to read plans and specifications and manage budgets/schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM to ensure work aligns with design, budget, and schedule.
• Review plans and build/maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, owners, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Attend pre-construction and post-construction meetings to support planning and closeout.
• Manage multiple projects and communicate with stakeholders to keep projects on track.
