Qualifications
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience in an assembly environment.
- Strong hands-on mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with FANUC/KUKA robotics and industrial automation.
- Experience working with skilled trades personnel and supporting production operations.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical equipment, industrial robotics, and automated assembly systems.
- Collaborate with skilled trades and maintenance technicians to diagnose failures and restore production.
- Support FANUC/KUKA robotics, fastening systems, torque tooling, presses, compressors, and other machinery.
- Investigate recurring breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop preventative maintenance procedures and support equipment reliability improvements.
- Assist with equipment modifications, installations, and continuous improvement projects.
