Lear For You in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, repair and maintain shop equipment across the plant. You will support production by reducing downtime, performing preventive maintenance, and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance, ability to read blueprints and schematics, experience with CNC machines or robotics, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance
• Experience reading blueprints/schematics/technical manuals
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Experience with CNC machines, robotics, conveyors or automated equipment
• PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)

Responsabilités

• Foster safety awareness through proper maintenance processes
• Perform preventive maintenance per schedules and standards
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams
• Install, adjust and align machinery and components
• Repair or replace worn parts and components
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
• Collaborate with production to resolve issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regs
