Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, welding or industrial engineering from ABET or equivalent with PE license if non-ABET.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering.
• Proficient in reading and writing reports and data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specifications and estimate costs for mechanical equipment and materials.
• Write reports and support other departments with technical data.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, codes and customer requirements.
• Evaluate piping sizes and layouts and review P&ID drawings.
• Collaborate with customers and teams to monitor progress and budgets.
• Review equipment drawings and vendor submittals; support site activities.
