Job summary

RTX is seeking a mechanical design engineer to join the Harness and Interconnect team in Tucson, onsite. You will contribute to development, build, and verification of harnessing systems within PCAS, and work with autonomy under periodic oversight.

You will apply engineering design, systems engineering, and EVT knowledge to support diverse tasks tied to military hardware and DoD programs.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 2+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering design experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, test design and execution for harnessing systems.
• Support hardware verification and integration.
• Prepare proposals and estimates; contribute to earned value management.
